I had a great experience at Pet Express Braintree. Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. I also forget the name of the other employee that was also super helpful ringing up all the supplies etc.! My Bichon pup, Willard is happy and healthy! My only constructive criticism would be that the toys given in the "puppy starter pack" should be better sized for the breed being purchased. Then it would be nice if a person is serious about buying a puppy that they can meet and play with the puppy before buying. Willard and I get along great and I could just tell he was a love with the quick meet I got but I bet more people would buy other pups if they could get to know them first. For all the bad comments about unethical... quit your ranting. There's so much bad in the world and my puppy is happy to have me as his owner! There's a lot worse out there you can try and fix....

I had a wonderful experience with Karina adopting our new dog named Bubbles. The only thing I would improve on is a) making sure our military discount is applied b) having lower costing pups but I get it they are pure breds and there are vets helping take care of them. We had a wonderful experience at Pet Express Saugus. After the heartbreaking loss of our Shih Tzu on February 7, we recently started looking for a new puppy to join our family. We hadn’t heard of Pet Express before, but one of their ads popped up on Facebook and caught our attention. When I saw Remus’s photo, I knew we had to meet him. He was so tiny, and at first, I wasn’t sure if we were ready for such a little peanut. We dealt with Jailene when we brought Louie home! Super informative and kind helping us to get him ready to go. We have looked for a puppy for quite a bit needing certain size and temperment requirements. So far Louie is having a great time getting used to his new sister and brother!

Got my puppy from this place and couldn’t be happier. Anna and Jailene were helpful and transparent regarding the puppy I was interested in. Jailene helped me carry out all the things I got with the puppy plus some additional ones I bought in the store. Anna told me that my puppy is very energetic and that is so true. Three days after we got her, we went to the vet for the check up. Our puppy is in a great shape, healthy, gaining weight and thriving. Can’t speak for other people’s opinions about this shop in Braintree, but mine is very positive.

Purchased my previous dog from Pet Express. He was wonderful and very healthy for 11 years. DO NOT like not being able to hold or sit in room with puppy. But the dog seems great and rest of the experience was very good.

I’ve gotten all three of my dogs from Pet Express — my Lhasa Apso, my Bichon Frise, and now my sweet Maltipoo — and they all get along and love each other so much. So happy with my experience here! I bought my first puppy here 9 years ago and just purchased my second today. Ashanti and Jenna were so helpful and gave me really insightful tips. I love to see that all the workers here care about the pups as much as their customers.

Mary at the Saugus Pet Express was incredible. She took the time to explain everything possible to us when we purchased our new Husky. Definitely recommend going to see Mary for any new puppies.

Here’s Wednesday! But we renamed her to Stella! She just came home today and she’s eating, using the bathroom, and very energetic. She is a gorgeous Aussie! The only minor problem I had was the glass cages in the store. The puppies are well fed and cared for! When you buy them, they are partially raw fed too which is AMAZING to hear! The poor babies there are in a little bit of a heat issue, but that’ll pass. My dad said the employees were very kind when he was picking her up. When she got home, she immediately warmed up, met our older dog, and slept obediently in her crate. She LOVES chasing us around the yard! Overall, the puppies there seem well fed and cared for no matter where they came from. I know there’s some concerns about puppy mills, but undoubtedly Saugus Pet Express takes good care of the little babies here.

This place is awesome! I got my puppy Tobiath today and Jailiene was so sweet. She helped me bring all of my puppy things out to the car in a heat wave, AFTER they were already closed (and I was lost!) I seriously couldn’t thank them enough!

Honestly, I’ve never bought a puppy from a pet store. I’ve always rescued. But this puppy was ours before we even knew her. Our experience with pet express was lovely. The place is immaculate and you can see the puppies are well cared for. Addie has been the perfect addition to our home. She came with everything we needed to get going and our other dog has a new best friend. Literally.

From my observations, employees who work in the store care about the animals and their welfare. Pens were cleaned, restrictions are placed on potential customers for handing the puppies. Employees answered all my questions. We had a very good experience. The price they quoted us, was the price we paid plus 6%tax. There was no price confusion. I paid less than I would have for a designer dog breeder near me.

Awesome establishment and family! The first thing I noticed was how sparkling clean the store is. Its apparent the owners take great pride and upkeep in the place. The staff is also very transparent and willing to answer any and all questions you may have. The puppies are extremely happy healthy and well cared for.
